There continues to be a lack of progressive voices on the Sunday morning talk show circuit in
A Lively Experiment
JIM HAGAN – Moderator DAVE LAYMAN – Former TV news director /anchor JOHN DEPETRO – Talk Host NewsTalk 630 WPRO-AM MARK MURPHY – Editor, Providence Business News KEITH STOKES – Executive Director, Rhode Island Economic Development Corporation
ABC 6 On the Record
Republican Mayor Scott Avedesian
Channel 10 News Conference
Republican Candidate for Congress Mark Zaccaria
Newsmakers
Anti-Union Democrat David Cicilline
Let’s tell the news directors of the TV shows that a little more political diversity will serve Rhode Island better than the Amen chorus of anti-worker “just pay people less” rhetoric that dominates Sunday morning TV.

Pat, you are looking only at a single week. You might be able to make a point if you look at a 3-month period.

As for TV, Tucker Carlson gets props for doing his show live. He runs the risk of being embarrassed just like anyone else.

Has Yorke done an hour with a single guest before? Is that his format?
(I confess to never having heard any of their shows, nor buddy either) I did Tucker's show and found it to be fine- but in hindsight, theres a lot of pressure to be clear and concise. More than a few great people aren't wired to be fast talkers. Ever see the Dalai Lama speak?
